2009-2010 School Age Program Rates
(Effective: August 2009 - June 2010)

Registration Fee: WAIVED for the 2009 - 2010 School Year

Sibling discount of 10% for each additional child (does not apply to School Closings)

Early Dismissal & Delayed Openings: FREE

Weekly Before & After Care Rates (Billed Monthly)

Before and After Care	5 Days $90.00	per week, per child, 10% discount on siblings enrolled
Before Care Only	5 Days $50.00	per week, per child, 10% discount on siblings enrolled
After Care Only	5 Days $60.00	per week, per child, 10% discount on siblings enrolled

All Day Extended Care
School closing- preplanned or inclement weather (No sibling discount applies) **For student who attend the before and after care program.**	$30.00 per occurrence in addition to monthly tuition
Drop In Care
School closing- preplanned or inclement weather **For students who are registered drop in only.** Must call ahead to check for availability.	Full Day: $50.00 per occurrence AM Only (delay): $20.00 PM Only (early closing): $25.00
Refunds & Credits: No refund or credits will be given for days missed due to holidays, illness, vacation, etc.
Transportation will be provided at no additional charge to: Carrolltowne, Linton Springs, Piney Ridge, Freedom, Eldersburg, Mechanicsville, Winfield & Mt. Airy Elementary; Sykesville, Oklahoma Road & Mt. Airy Middle Schools

REGISTRATION FORMS
for Before & After School Care:

The following forms and information are required by the Department of Human Resources (D.H.R.) for any child admitted into care. All forms must be completed, signed and returned to the center Director 1 week prior to your child's start date. . We cannot make any exceptions. If forms are found to be incomplete your child cannot attend the center. If you have any questions please feel free to call the center during operating hours at (410) 549-0844.

It is the Parents responsibility to update their child's emergency cards every 6 months to keep all vital information current for the general welfare and safety of their child(ren).
