The Sunshine Kids' Club provides an informal, physically challenging and active outdoor environment for children between the ages of four and fourteen. Children are exposed to a wide variety of activities including separate programs for girls and boys. With our open door policy, parents are encouraged to come and visit and join in the fun!

We provide activities designed to offer children the opportunities to learn new skills in athletics, confidence building, social interaction, creativity, and sportsmanship with an emphasis on encouragement and self improvement. Campers are placed according to their grade level. We provide counselors for a ratio of one staff person for each ten campers up to Pre- Kindergarten age. For older children we have a ratio of one counselor for each fifteen campers.

Our goal is to provide your child with opportunities to discover new activities and interests that are challenging, fun, and unique. We are fully licensed through the State of MD and are are currently undergoing our accreditation.

What does this mean to you and your family? It is the best evidence parents have of a camp’s commitment to a safe and nurturing environment for their children. Accreditation assures parents that camp practices have been measured against national standards and go a step beyond a state’s basic licensing requirements. Because accreditation is voluntary, parents know the camp is committed to best practices.
